02Soak the bead in raw cow milk overnight, then wipe with a clean cloth.
03Thread in red, yellow or black silk thread (or pure silver/gold capping).
04Chant the seed mantra ॐ चंद्राय नमः 108 times before first wear.
05Wear close to the heart (mala) or on the wrist. Remove during sleep, intimacy and washroom visits if possible.

Daily care

Keep away from harsh chemicals, perfumes and chlorine.
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear.
Store in the supplied silk pouch when not in use.
Re-energise periodically as described above.
